About Andrew T. Carr
Andrew T. Carr is the Executive Director of a well-established research and relationship development organization. He is also Co-Founder of A. L. Carr Group, Inc, a professional service consulting firm providing programs and training tools which participants can use immediately to be more successful in their careers. Spirit of The Eagle: Random Thoughts of Encouragement and Transformation is due to be released February 2010 and will be Andrew’s first published work available nationally!
Andrew provides insightful advice weekly on the Extra Effort Forum Global Radio, which he produces and host. Additionally, Andrew has contributed to several publications including Girl Friends Magazine, Inc., Black Enterprise Magazine and The Generator, a publication of the Executive Leadership Council among others. Andrew is a former utility regulator, quasi-government agency debt issuer, investment banker and business development manager.
He holds a MBA from University of Chicago, MA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Bachelors of Business from Western Illinois University. He is past international president of the Urban Financial Services Coalition and past president of the organization’s New York Chapter. He had served on the membership committee of the Financial Women’s Association. Andrew is a past board member of the New York Chapter of the National Association of Securities Professionals, a member of the National Black MBA Association, and is a member of Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.
